The packaging may be opened, but the product must be returned in good condition .
Damage or signs of use may affect your refund.

You will receive the return address and further instructions from us.
Ship the product within 5 business days after registration.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you within 5 working days using the same payment method.
You'll be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs , unless there was a problem with your order. In that case, we'll resolve the issue free of charge .
