These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by GolfImprove. By making a purchase through our webshop, you agree to these terms and conditions.
All prices on our website include VAT and are displayed in euros, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are listed separately at checkout and may vary by country.
Payment can be made securely using various payment methods, including iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna (pay later), and more. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.
Orders within the Netherlands are usually shipped within 1-2 business days via DHL. Shipping times for deliveries outside the EU can take up to 5 business days, depending on the carrier and the country.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code so you can follow the shipment.
You have 100 days to return products, starting from the date of order. The product must be unused and in its original condition, but it does not need to be in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns.
If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, we will provide a free replacement.
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, but this only applies to normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, wear and tear from everyday use, or modifications to the product.
For example, the warranty does not cover wear and tear on the ground pin of the products.
GolfImprove is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use of our products. It is important that you follow our instructions and directions.
